  • The optimal time depends on what direction your home faces.

    • North - Early Morning - 9am - 1pm

    • East - Morning - 10am - 12 pm

    • West - Early Afternoon - 12pm - 2pm

    • South - Afternoon - 1pm - 4pm

FAQ’s

    • Photos will be delivered by the end of the following business day.

    • Videos will be delivered within 3 business days.

    • Photo/Video Packages will be delivered within 3 business days.

    • An invoice is sent with the package of photos/videos. Due within 3 business days.

    • The property should be completely clean and ready before the scheduled booking time. The photographer is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving items.

    • The photographer will take photos of the property in its current state upon our arrival at the scheduled booking time. If the property is not prepared at the designated time, we have the option to proceed with the photo shoot or reschedule, as per the agent's preference. Please note that rescheduling after our arrival will result in a $100 fee.

    • Shoots vary in duration based on what packages are chosen.

    • Expect all shoots to take 1-3 hours. Video and Aerial packages will take 2-3 hours

    • We are open to rescheduling a photo shoot on short notice in the event of unfavorable weather conditions. The final decision to proceed or not rests with our clients.

    • In the event that a client chooses to move forward and subsequently wishes to have some or all of the photos reshoot, extra charges will apply.

  • North Carolina Counties: Transylvania, Henderson, Jackson, Buncombe, Haywood, Macon, Polk, Rutherford, McDowell

    $30 Travel Fee: Haywood, Macon, Polk, Rutherford, McDowell

    South Carolina Counties: Greenville, Spartanburg, Pickens, Anderson, Oconee

    $30 Travel Fee: Anderson, Oconee, Spartanburg

    • Tenants should not be on the property during the scheduled booking time. This allows for the photographer to capure quality photos efficiently .

    • Pets should be crated or off the property at the start of your scheduled booking time. If pets remain on the property, photographers are not responsible for photoshopping pets out of photos.

    • Failure to meet either of these standards will result in a $100 reschedule fee or cancelation of shoot (full payment still required).
